Freshly baked sourdough goods, crafted with love daily.
I grew up with the privilege of having amazing cooks in my family and living near all the best southern cuisine. I went to Sam Houston State University (Go Bearkats!) and obtained a Masters degree in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Environments. I have always found knowing where and what is on our plate to be important. As a mom to three boys, I quickly learned cooking and baking at home was often the healthier option and better way to budget. Not to brag too much, but it was often the better tasting option too. Around 2022 I got my first started and dove into the wonders of sourdough. I went beyond bread, transforming many of our staples like muffins, cookies, and even chicken and dumplings! ETX Sourdough Club was born when I shared my starter with the community, realizing so many wanted to make the same transformation while another many were eager to buy my baked goods. It grew each week and before I knew it, I was "The Sourdough Lady". I hosted my first meeting to share my learned tricks of the trade over the years and sold out of everything I brought. It was an answered prayer I had been waiting for. It's just the beginning, but it's a journey I cherish!
